Innerfetch API vs Hunter

Hunter.io compared with Innerfetch API: company enrichment from $4.90 per 1,000, e-mail finding, customers and competitors, and which one fits your job.

Hunter.io is an e-mail finder. It finds the e-mail addresses at a domain, finds one person’s address, and checks if an address is real. It also has a company enrichment call, and that call is very cheap.

Innerfetch API is a company data API. It also has a work e-mail lookup, but its main job is the company: the profile, the executives and open roles, and the company’s customers, competitors and vendors, each with the public page that shows it.

Prices

Hunter’s Starter plan costs $49 a month for 2,000 credits, or $34 a month billed yearly. Its docs say a company enrichment uses 0.2 credits, and only when the name, description, location and size are all found. So 1,000 company enrichments cost about $4.90, or $3.40 billed yearly. The free plan has 50 credits a month.

That is less than our company profile, and we say so. Our profile carries more fields, and our customer, competitor and vendor lists are not in Hunter. On Innerfetch API, every call has a fixed price in credits. The table below shows the cost of 1,000 company profiles.

Two jobs, two tools

Hunter answers “what is this person’s e-mail?”. Innerfetch API answers “what is this company, and who are its customers, competitors and vendors?”.
