Customers API, answered

What does a customer list cost?

Credits: 1 + 2 per row returned over all lists (include=customers, partners), at most 401 a page per list. Free when: 202 queued.

Where do the customers come from?

From public pages that name the relationship. Each row has the link, so you can open the page and see it for yourself.

What happens with a company you have not seen before?

The call answers 202 and costs nothing. We fetch the company in the background; call again a little later, or pass a callback URL and we tell you when the data is ready.

Do you return partners too?

Yes. Add include=customers, partners to get both lists in one call.

Do I pay when a call fails?

No. A call that fails on our side is free, and so is a queued call. Every answer shows its cost in the X-Credits-Cost header.
