Work e-mail API, answered
What does a lookup cost?
Credits: valid 2, likely_valid_pattern or catch_all_domain 1, unknown or invalid 0.
Do you send an e-mail to check the address?
No. A lookup never sends an e-mail.
Do I pay when a call fails?
No. A call that fails on our side is free, and so is a queued call. Every answer shows its cost in the X-Credits-Cost header.
